The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly conference on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is uniquely developed to examine problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the best methods to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other typical problems we often experience in Racist work environments should be first to dial in and share details. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
