The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is uniquely constructed to refine our problem-solving abilities and to codify how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have unearthed the best techniques to limit trouble with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other typical problems we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. We're avid to hear the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" being "self-employed" does not negate Racism. We'll hear counter-racist tactics from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. The holiday season continues, and some of our listeners have experienced problems for declining to attend office soirées. We'll review counter-racist techniques for holiday parties or potential gift exchanges.
