It was so fun to chronicle Patti’s journey through the restaurant space from her time at two iconic brands, Panera and Noodles & Company, into Franchise Sales and Development, into her current role. But rooted in all of that is Patti’s desire to develop people and build high performing teams. Frios Gourmet Pops, serving gourmet popsicles, started in a tiny garage years ago and the goal of the company is simple: to hustle happiness and leave people better than they found them. That is a pretty spectacular goal. And they do it out of tie dye food trucks which is pretty spectacular in and of itself.
