In episode 3 we do a quick run through of how the fitness goals have been doing - we cover a few fact checker items from episode 2 and talk about the importance of sleep (spoiler alert - it's important for literally every aspect of your life - and if you're not getting at least 7-8 hours a night then you're doing yourself an major disservice). I also test Neil's worldly knowledge (running through the Gapminder "factfulness" questions on world health stats) - unfortunately he was marginally poorer than giving the equivalent test to a chimp lol!
