Covid-19, lockdown and the new structure of our daily lives dominated our chat in this episode (well, what did you expect….this is the new normal).  From a general health perspective we manage to see the positive impacts of lockdown from a fitness, diet and sleep perspective (although Neil is struggling to meditate….build it into your new found yoga dude!).  We do eventually get onto Intermittent Fasting touching on the science and how Keith has whole heartedly embraced it as a diet norm.
