In all my guest interviews, I ask the experts and leaders what their business wellbeing looks like. How do they check wellbeing is part of the culture and how do they keep it at the heart of their business? The answers are all different- and yet fundamentally the same. So I thought I’d share with you what the common secret sauce is and how you can check what the wellbeing status of your business is. Interestingly, recent research conducted at C-Suite level by Deloitte showed how important the culture is when it comes to wellbeing and how businesses can often get it wrong and think they are doing a great job when they aren't.
