Jason has had more injuries playing NFL than Tim & Jacko had playing rugby put together! He's held together with metal rods in his arms (quite literally) but that's not stopping him focusing on keeping his body moving well and staying strong as he invests in his physical pension since we introduced him to our Bodyweight Basics and new Handstand programme.
