Welcome back to the New Mom Boss Podcast! New parents often wonder how they are supposed to get quality sleep when their baby gets up every few hours. My guest Manu Brune and I explore this topic and discuss how to encourage proper sleep habits in babies so that everyone can benefit! Manu’s story is very similar to mine, in that she had to call in the help of a professional to sleep train her firstborn because she was already pregnant with her second.
