The Process Podcast - A podcast by Danielle Copperman
Categories:
Welcome to the first Wake Up Well Morning Session. Designed to be really short episodes to be listened to whilst you go about your morning routine, enjoy your coffee or get ready for your day, the intention of these sessions is to help you prepare and to inspire a more positive mindset at the beginning of your day. Each episode will vary on topic but will be around how you can best prepare for your day ahead. Episodes will include suggestions and advice on morning routines, how to deal with and process certain feelings of emotions, rituals to improve things like positivity and energy levels, as well as guest interviews to inspire you at the beginning of the day and put you into a good mindset, with a good mood, from the get-go. I'll be sharing rituals and recipe ideas as well as general advice based on how to handle certain thoughts and feelings, and how to spend your mornings in a positive way that really does impact how the rest of your day unfolds. In this episode, I'm sharing a few thoughts on morning routines. I'm not outlining my own morning routine as I am a strong believer that everyones routines could, and should, look different. Instead, I outline some of the main pillars that structure a good morning and can have really positive impacts on how you feel at the beginning of the day, and on the rest of your day. For me, it's a combination of Mind, Body, Brain, Movement, Nature, Stimulation and Speed. I delve deep into each one in this episode, sharing general advice on why each of these things are so important if you want to start the day feeling good, function fully and live well.
