44. Stop Looking to Others for Your Answers

We live in an age where self-help books, online gurus, and endless podcasts are the norm. We also grew up with people basically telling us that we were too much and that we needed to stop being so dramatic. Combine those two things and you get an HSP who is always looking to others for the answers.  But its okay! Because I used to be there myself. With a little self-work, reflection, and integration, we can start to trust ourselves more and look within for the answers. In this episode, you'll learn: Why the next self-help book may not be the answer How one of my clients has grown exponentially since she started listening to herself That going slow and integrating one thing at a time is so much more powerful Enroll now in The Sensitive & Soulful Self-Worth Course Follow along on Instagram: @lifebyalissa Learn more: sensitiveandsoulful.com Join the waitlist for The Highly Sensitive and Soulful Membership
