Since it's our thoughts and feelings that drive us to binge, it's important to know how to handle them.   Your reaction may initially be to allow all the thoughts that come to you mind, but did you know you don't HAVE to think any particular thoughts? It's possible to think on purpose what you want to be thinking and this is an important skill to cultivate. Your other reaction may be to get rid of your feelings, but it's allowing your feelings that will ultimately get you what you really want.   Listen in to this episode as I talk about what you're been doing and what you need to do.
