Are there certain feelings you think you're not supposed to feel? Maybe anger, fear, frustration, sadness? Then when you do feel them, you might try to stuff them down with food or distract away from them somehow. You think it's wrong to feel them so you do what you can to not feel them. In this episode, I'm addressing the idea that there are feelings we're not supposed to feel. Personally, I don't think there are and here, I'm going to tell you why that is.
