Most New Year's resolutions fail. Yet most people continue to establish resolutions year after year hoping that somehow this will be the year that they actually create change. Today, I'll explain why most resolutions don't work. And I'll give you the tools you need to make this year's resolution different. I’m sharing five resolutions that will help you build mental strength in 2021. You can perform these alongside other resolutions (like ones that will help you get healthier or improve your relationships), or you could make one (or more) of these a stand-alone resolution. The good news is that all five are pretty quick, simple, and easy to do. And I bet once you start doing them, you’ll actually like them. But more importantly they'll help you grow stronger and become better.
