Today’s guest started his career in estate agency in the late eighties as a Trainee Negotiator. Over the years he’s worked for both corporate and independent estate agents before joining Green & Company, where he’s now the joint managing director, in 1997. His ambition is to ensure that his business and his agents strive to offer first class service that enables his colleagues to serve their clients in all property related matters, and in the process, exceed the expected level of service and results.
