In this episode of Veggie Doctor Radio, I chat with Kari Knight, DCNP about vegan skin care and cosmetics.   About featured guest: Kari was mostly vegetarian most of her life. She integrated a whole food plant-based diet for health reasons, but then her heart opened up to the ethical and compassionate reasons for veganism. Still early on in her journey, she is learning and exploring. Because she is a passionate dermatology nurse practitioner, I reached out to Kari to help me understand more about vegan skin care as cosmetics so that I could be myself be better informed and share this information with my listeners.
