31: Kim Howie and Nancy Werteen of the Wisdom Coalition on How Changing Your MINDSET Can Bring You More Joy (Veggie Doctor Radio)

In this episode I have a lovely conversation with two women who are passionate about helping other women find joy in their lives NOW. We talk about mindset, body image, self-love, self-care and friendship. This is a message that all women should hear and I am sure you will take from it a little nugget that you can begin to apply today.  Kim Howie is a Certified Health Coach, author, and founder of Live Balanced for Life located in Center Valley.  Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Kim enjoys helping clients discover how to nourish their bodies, feed their souls, and find their balance and happiness by implementing a holistically healthy lifestyle.  Through her signature Pure Energy Program and individual client consultations, Kim focuses heavily on building awareness around the physical and emotional effects of food, as well as awareness of the mind/body connection. Her passion lies in helping people realize the intense connection between what they eat and how they feel.  Kim empowers clients to regain control of their own health and happiness by capitalizing on the power of their thoughts and lifestyle decisions.  Nancy Werteen is an award winning television news reporter and anchor with WFMZ TV-69 in Allentown. Nancy has been involved in covering major Lehigh Valley news events for WFMZ since she joined the station in 1989. Her assignments with WFMZ-TV have ranged from the anchor chair to investigative reports to in depth programming to themed series segments to daily assignment news. Currently, Nancy can be seen each morning during the Sunrise newscast with a health and wellness series called, “Life Lessons”.
