He received his Certification in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation, Cornell University. He served for 10 years on National Quality of Care and Patient Safety Committees for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and has contributed to the ACOG publications of Guidelines for Prenatal Care, Vol. 7 and Quality and Safety in Women’s Healthcare 2nd Edition.
