The intention of this show is to bring hope and community to those who are personally struggling with depression and anxiety or has a loved one who is struggling with depression and anxiety. Each week we will hear from those who have personal experience dealing with mental health issues as well as experts in the mental health world; from therapists and doctors to healers. We want to be your support system by sharing real stories and proving that community is vital to recovery. Together we can break the stigma around depression and anxiety and bring HOPE to the world.
