Hi, l am Coach Michelle a certified USATF Coach, a Registered Dietetic Technician, and an avid RaceWalker. I have taken my passion for walking, success with weight loss, and experience as a nutritional professional to a podcast called " Walk with Me". The podcast provides 30-minute walking workouts that motivate and inspire you as you walk.
